  Guzzo's got great seats and ok screens, but that they don't take interact, their online/mobile presence is trash/buggy, their staff seems terrified (of what, I don't know), their food counters are poorly prepared if you want anything other than a popcorn or a coke (and the franchise is likely too greedy to let any chains in) I feel like they're gonna go the way of the drive-in movie/the fair if they don't get it together. If I'm going to drop $50 for me and my partner to catch a flick, can you at least let me use debit and provide me a less stale hot dog?

  Dumb incompetent staff not to mention rude too. I always see a bunch of kids going through the exit doors of the theater to get in for free, I don't blame 'em, I really don't. I'd do the same if it weren't for the fact that I would never come back here and actually you can't blame anyone who goes in for free, you get to skip dumb staff.
