The beer is crafted in small batches with care and quality ingredients. you can tell that McAuslan produces a quality beer which is a world apart from the mass produced ones. In my opinion, you drink McAuslan because you enjoy experiencing quality and love life, or you drink massed produced brand-named swill because you like to consume... The food is excellent and so is the service. If you're going out and you care more about quality and have character then this is the place for you. If you like lifeless and pretentious swill then go somewhere else...
