  Hi, I just want to report a "lemon" experience in West Island branch of "Nature" On 30th December 2016 ,I purchased a FLUVAL led lighting for aquarium(200cad) as gift to someone very important,apparently the original box were missing charger (I don't even understand how it's possible) when I called to the branch after few hours,fish department rep.forwarded me to West Mount location (since I live close to it) she told me that she just had them on the phone and missing part can be picked up at any time. When I got there apparently the charger was missing in stock (what's a bad joke) .So I called to store manager day after (on 31st December) I had Jane on the phone,and faced very aggressive and arrogant behavior towards me,she spoke to me in unrespectful manner and on high tones! She didn't gave me any fair solution exept me to come over again to the store (25 km away,and traffic +1 hour drive) and pick up the missing charger. No delivery of missing charger or other reasonable solution was offered..Im very frustrated about what happened ,and it affected my holidays mood..Jane were very rude and stubborn not costumer oriented at all..She make me feel like I did something wrong..I just wanted to buy new year present..Sad..

  the reason i am giving this place three stars is for the prices i understand youre in a pet store i get it but charging $15 for a small bottle of fish food is a bit rediculous and if this was the only case they would of got more less alike 4 stars but when i saw them throw out day old bags and bags of dog food i found that very rood day old is still edible give it to pets that dont have the ones on the street or at least give it to someone who cant offord it but one thing i will say is the pets there are very well takin care off and cute as a peach i hope this review was helpfull

  Solid experience for adopting kitten. - Price is only slightly higher than adopting cats with emotional problems at local refugee, and comes with perks. - Quality and reasonably priced high-grade, no-grain, 3-4 meats in first 5 ingredients cat food (Nutrience) - Price includes free check-up with vet, all shots (refugee cats missing one). Vet reassured on new cat not eating/drinking for 48 hours and even followed up 3 days later. - As previous cat owner, all questions answered.
