  My boyfriend and I used to go to Itamea sushi at least once a week but decided to order tonight. They just lost us. Not only did they make us wait an hour and a half but also The restaurant has impolite staff that don't even know how to count and make us pay for something we didn't receive. Too bad. Not coming back. Will miss the chef

  Never coming back: Our server was rude and they didn't even try to roll the sushi. BUT GARY IS AMAZING. He saved this review, the man needs a raise. He was great but the rest of the review holds true. Today I experienced one of the biggest disappointments in my life. I've been eating at itame sushi since it opened, and I frequently reccomened the restaurant, never as the best, I'd have rated them 3rd in the city before today. Unfortunately, today I wouldn't even rate them. The rolls looked as though a child rolled them in a sandbox, and the normally delicious brown sauce simply sunk into the rice instead of resting delicately atop. Nothing was made with love, or any attempt at quality. Upon complaint the only response was, "We don't care." The only good part was the ribs; and that didn't even bring this place up to a 2. Never coming here again. Sincerely disappointed.

  After a little bit more than an hour and a half, I've got my order and my sushis, soup and sodas were all the same temperature. Had do heat the soup back up to allow the meat to cook. J'retourne pas la c'est sur
