  I really enjoy the products they sell here, however, the service is terrible. I spent 45 minutes trying to get any associate's help. They each told me that the were busy and to speak with someone else. I would later catch them checking their phones or standing around chatting. So after this, I decided to do my gift shopping from home online. The products arrived quickly (I should hope since I was charged an absurd amount for shipping), but in ripped boxes and looked like they had been previously used. I will not be able to gift these products as I had hoped. I will not buy from them again, and would recommend that others avoid it too.

  For a store that seemingly put effort in showcasing comfort and luxury, ironically, I spoke to no one that showed any courtesy or class. I had all the intent of purchasing a rug and asked a sales person for help. Since she did not seem the slightest bit interested in helping me, I was brought to "some one else who could help me". After walking throughout the store being passed like a baton to yet a third sales person, I was asked to go back to the section where the rugs were, and was told she would send someone to me. I waited 25 minutes at the back and no one arrived. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On my way out of the store, I walked pass a clump of sales reps at the empty counter, on their phones and talking to each other.
