  I thought that the service would improve with the new self serve option. Nope, they still forgot a few things. They were still giving out Halloween buckets as happy meal toys in February. Not very clean either

  I will recommande every one not to visit this branch,because,In my 25 years experience -with in last one year second visit to this branch. Last time with four friends -5 people. This time with family 5 people. The bed exprience was last time-I order 5 chicken trio.and the end they serve with mac burger with beacon.all 4 friends they are visitor- They don't even know what is beacon looks like. I was busy with important phone call.when i finish my phone conversation. I saw there burger looks deparence. I stop them eating-wait- I see all the burger with beacon. I complain to the counter.they don't have salution -they blame on there kitchen stuff. Today I order 4 trio and one happy meal. Trio are frite change to poutine. All has no gravy at all. I complain at the counter. Jonathon counter man said they put three shot. At the end -he is like I put one more shot gravy to each Poutine- After I saw still dry and gravy it's like water. I will request to every one -please be careful with branch.if all of you want good MacDonald -please drive to other branch. And request to branch owner- Please serve good foods as others MacDonald provide-dont just take money.
