  Who would eat here twice? Food here is so bad. Pasta Casareccia has been in this location for many years. Now the children of the people who owned it are running it. The food here is very bad and often disgusting. Their pasta is made very cheaply. Their Parmesan cheese is pathetic. I had a meat lasagna to take out and their was so little meat in it, I almost went back to the restaurant to ask them to explain it to me. The very little cheese in the lasagna was so revolting I could not eat it. One of the worst restaurants in this neighborhood. I am giving Pasta Casareccia minus two stars for disgusting food and intentionally being dishonest.

  I am from out of town and this was my 1st visit there. The restaurant had good reviews. 1st I asked the waitress for a full body wine. She recommended the Rosso which was no where near a full body wine. The presentation of the bottle was far from classy. The bottle had a plastic cork... meaning must have been a $10 bottle that they charged $40 for. Then after recommending it the server admitted that she knew nothing about wine you would figure that a server at a restaurant would know what wine pairs with what food. It wasn't worth the hassle to send it back. My friend ordered a dish with out cheese . The server said that all the food was premade so that was impossible to serve the dish with out cheese. When my veal parmigiana finally came it looked okay until I tried to cut the veal. The butter knife it came with was not enough to cut the veal a chain saw would of been more appropriate. If you like chewing gum this dish is for you. At least I learned a good lesson . NEVER go back........

  went here with a friend from out of town. asked waitress for a full body wine and she brought back and opened a bottle with a plastic cork. first sign of a cheap wine and when we tasted it was not full body at all. she then said she was not familiar with wine. they had several specials for dinners posted on the wall and I asked for the grilled chicken without cheese and was told they were premade so i could not. at 20 you would think there was an entree or dessert and coffee. all I got was a small side dish with my chicken. it was ok. my friend ordered the veal parmigian and his would not cut with the butter knife and had to ask for a steak knife. after a few bytes it was much to tough and stringy to eat. the waitress really could care less that we were both unhappy. our bill after tax was $105 for one bottle of plastic corked wine, two dishes and one glass of wine. you can do much better for taste and value at other restaurants. Im not sure why there are so m any good reviews here
