  Very bad service. The young girls pay more attention to each other and their phones than the customers. I waited for 30 min, and was ignored. While noticing they had no problem serving fellow Italians. Very unprofessional place.

  Was served by some peasant named Leah. She should be fired. No people skills and seemed annoyed to be working. Looks like a goat.

  Disappointing!! I chose this bakery after reading the reviews, but was very disappointed. I bought a small buttercream icing birthday cake for my 1 year old. There was an insane amount of butter icing on it. That tiny cake had 3 layers of 2 cm thick icing inside.. The cake slices inside were very thin. We ended up throwing it away as it would have made us sick. Also, the cream inside the cannolis was sour. Bad experience. Won't go back.
