- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful customer service from the new "manager" tonight. Been going there for over a year, regularly, most of the staff knows us, been spending lots of money there, but the girl didn't want to hear anything about giving us a refill of hot water (!) for our tea. Even though we had bought food, too! We had brought a friend there for the first time tonight because we used to like the place but he left saying "Won't come back here. Can't stand awful business practices". He's right. Unfortunately, we'll have to bring our business elsewhere from now on. (By the way, Second Cup, Starbucks, any other respectable coffee shop will gladly refill your hot water no problem. They care about their customers.) Not here anymore it seems. Manager was rude, too.
