  Horrible experience shopping there . I would expect better from this brand. I had my newborn baby with me. She was starting to get fussy , so a gentlemen who worked there suggested I go in the express lane, even though I had more than 8 items. I get to the express lane, and the cashier rolls her eyes. I tell her I was told by another employee to come to this lane . She rudely responded who said that. I pointed to te employee, then she said it's fine . She refused to speak English , and just kept saying pardon. I thought she asked me if I had bags, so I said no. Once I realized she was not bagging my groceries , she said it's because you don't want bags. I replied we must have had a misunderstanding, and asked for bags. She grabbed some bags threw them on my groceries, and began serving the next client in line . By this time my newborn is screaming , and I'm trying to calm her , and bag my own groceries . I asked the cashier if it was new that we had to bag our own groceries? She just responded Pardon?? When I repeated myself in English she ignored me. It was an awful experience, when I asked to speak to the Manager , she called some guy to bag my groceries that was not the Manager .

  Giant organic produce section. In fact, you should slowly liquidate the non-organic section, replacing it with organic produce alltogether. Only thing this place was missing is seaweed. Should be able to sell some.

  Excellent except for one item we were looking for. A few weeks ago you had a product which I believe you might have been testing: ice coffee in a carton. We so enjoyed it but you have not brought it back. What is the point of testing if once we like something it doesn't come back again? Thanks. Happy Canada day.
