  I haven't shopped there for a long time, and i may go back again, only when i need to! i find their prices quite high, and i've had a few bad experiences , and sometimes you can't find an employee who speaks in English! and there was one female employee who doesn't speak English!! and she was so rude! and i hope she is not working there anymore! this store is close by my home, but i hardly go there! i rather shop at maxi and cie, much better priced! and more variety!

  There is a NATIONAL RECALL on a product I purchased from this store. I returned with the product not expecting anything as I did not have the receipt. I simply wanted to inform the store I bought the product there and they should be aware of the recall. Carol was the rudest employee I've ever encountered. She was yelling telling me I could not get a refund or an exchange because I didn't have receipt. I started speaking English ( because I could better explain myself) and she yelled " I don't speak English" I was so astonished at how rude and vile she was acting towards me when I was only trying to bring the recall to the store attention. This is the worst display of customer service I've encountered. PLUS for there to be a NATIONAL RECALL ( that I showed them on the Governance of Canada website) and for Carol to blatantly yell and tell me it doesn't affect the store was horrible. Never shopping there again.
