  Terrible. Don't bother going there 1) The food was subpar in quality 2.5/10 or worse and no less expensive than other places 3.50$-4$/plate. Furthermore, the food was warm, not hot. They'll skimp on the shrimps too. 2) The hostess sat us in the middle section, which the ladies pushing the carts often forgot. 3) The middle-aged waiter with the slicked hair kept speaking French and would not switch to speaking English or Cantonese (both essential in Chinatown), nor did he ask for our preference. And no, he did not even greet us. When I brought this up to management, they did not apologize; they just made excuses for him. 4) He hung around the table, making us feel like he wanted us gone, yet we still had food on our table and there were easily 3-4 empty tables around us with no line outside. It's not like he was losing out on potential tips. 5) He eventually brought us the bill, but then took an eternity to bring the credit card machine. The bill was 18$ + tax. All things considered, I was generous to even leave a 2$ tip (more than 10%), yet he had the guts to tell me it wasn't enough, so I gave him a total of 2.50$ (~14%) in tip. TEACH YOUR WAITERS HOW TO DO MATH. I'm Asian and I'm ashamed. It's tip BEFORE tax.

  Dishes were dirty, and food wasn't tasty. Water asked for a larger tip (were giving about 10% but wanted 15) even though the service wasn't good. Don't even know why we left one.

  Avoid this place! We arrived 15 people about 5 minutes before the dim sum trolleys ended. We got 2 servings then they stopped coming. When we asked where the food trolleys were we were told they finished. So here we are 15 hungry people people and no more food. Then we are charged $130.00 in a bill for pracially no food. 20 baskets of food were charged and we didn't get half if it. In conclusion. ...take a picture everyone you get food or better yet don't go there!!!!!!

  The food was decent. They should provide more hot sauce. The chopsticks were not fully clean though--why not just use disposable wooden chopsticks?
