  Obviously the food is top notch. That is not debatable. The serving staff, likewise, are excellent. It is pricey, of course, but that is to be expected from such a sumptuous experience. Highly recommend, so long as you're feeling flush.

  I came here for high tea and it's really good. Service is very good thoughtful and comfortable. Deserts are amazing and tea is fine too. Champagne is awesome. Plenty of room and good atmosphere. A very classy and sweet place for a date. Expensive but worth it.

  Service was fantastic. The head waiter Olivier was very professional. One or two of the assistant wait-staff were a little green, but they did a decent job. We did the chefs tasting menu and they were able to accommodate an allergy with one of our party without issue. I would recommend this establishment to anyone seeking fine dining and a lovely view of the garden and dick pond.

  Amazing hotel, everything you'd expect from a 5-star property. The rooms are large and well-appointed, everything is electronic/touch screen controlled, and the bathrooms are fantastic, with multi- directional and rain shower heads and a heated electronic toilet with built-in bidet. The pool area is beautiful, with an infinity pool looking at the city. The service is top-notch. Can't say enough great things about this hotel.
