  My office Team (7) and myself went out for Lunch at this restaurant today, 22JUN2017. We arrived at 12:10PM and were seated. We ordered from the MIDI-Express menu, and waited a full 45 minutes, STILL NO FOOD!!! Our General manager had to leave and go back to our office as our Lunch hour finished at 1:00PM. We that remained asked for our orders to be boxed up & they still hadn't brought it out by 1:15PM. We spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care. She stated that it was our fault for switching our order to take out, as that takes longer, and that they were backed up at drive-through. We left with no Lunch, no service. We have ordered St-Hubert for a lot of our company Lunches and Dinners and never received such HORRIBLE and uncaring service!!!

  Great food up to the standard of the franchise but the service was slow and below average !

  Terrible service over lunch, waited 45 mins for the rapid lunch specials then had to ask to get it to go since we would be late back to work. After another 15 mins waiting for the meals to go and nothing asked to speak to a manager who couldn't less that our party of 6 was now already late for work and she cancelled our order. Find someplace else to eat this place doesn't rate 1 star

  I am blown away by the service I received at the take out counter. It's so nice to get genuine friendly service with a smile! Also those chicken filets are yummy:)
