- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place was empty when I entered on a Friday afternoon around 4h30 pm. There was 1 customer waiting on a take out order. I picked out one of their premade Maki combos at 12 pieces for 10,85$. The ingredients were fresh but all 3 different kinds of Makis tasted the same, except for the one with the Philly cream cheese had that cheesy taste. Their Wasabi was stale and not spicy at all. I'm not impressed. I could have gotten better elsewhere for that price. I also noticed their gigantic bamboo plant at the sushi bar covered in dust and dusty spider webs. There were card board boxes laying around behind the counter. The cash area was cluttered. There was was employee handling both the sushi making and the cash. She was courteous but quiet. I don't think I will return there.By Karen Yun, February 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You might as well buy instant ramen noodles and it will likely taste better. We ordered chicken tonkatsu and we literally got 4 pieces of premade chicken you could get at a supermarket, an over cooked egg, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots in a soup base that tastes watered down. Service was slow as well. I would not recommend this place. Mind you, the soup base is likely not made with raw ingredients either - it tasted like soup made from powdered soup base. If you're looking for a good ramen joint, you can't go wrong with kinton ramen.By Jenny Lin, October 28, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆It's a quiet little shop with free green tea. However the cups available were still wet and soapy and we found one hair in our poke. Perhaps a bit more attention to cleaning? It was fast and friendly service though.By Niama Yana, July 06, 2016
