  None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. They managed to mess up every single order while I was in line. I ordered a combo but they only rang in the sandwich which I had the pleasure of eating on half frozen bread.

  Depending on the day you go, some days the cashiers, manager and clerks are pretty fast and smooth, some other time its chaos and sometimes they don't respect the menu, you ask for one thing and get another

  I had to wait in line for 15 minutes even though there were cashiers available because they were talking about their day, and then when it was finally my turn, one of their friends cut me off in line, and instead of taking my order, the cashier took her friend's order making my wait longer. In total it took me 20 minutes for a coffee. One of the worst experiences I've had in a Tim Hortons.
