  Every time, I've had really slow service, sometimes inaccurate orders and far from fresh food. Today, I was given a dripping wet iced coffee because the cap wasn't properly placed and she didn't care to wipe any of the leakage off. The seating places were pretty clean however. It's really in the customer service that this Tim lacks.

  Really slow service and they not able to make a order right, 9 time on 10 they make a mistake and the coffee is horrible.

  This is the worst Tims I have ever been to. The young lady helping me today 8-18-16 had no problem gabbing with her buddies even after I was standing in front of her, but could barely open her mouth when helping me or lift a finger to get the donut in the little sack. At the end, refusing to make eye contact, something softly came out of her mouth that sounded like "memmmm, abbbbrrr". Maybe if she had texted I could have deciphered what she meant. Aside from the bad service, the place looks dirty. I won't be back.
