  It's usually pretty fair service here and I thank everyone who has done their job properly because it isnt always easy working in customer service. Though this one particular middle aged french woman, whose name I did not get has to be the most rude employee I have ever met. After getting almost the whole order wrong she became very aggressive and defensive when I confronted her. She claimed that I was wrong and that she was giving me exactly what I asked for, which was not the case. She then proceeded to do the exact same thing to the next customer who was not as understanding. In the end she still got our order wrong and I don't believe I will ever be coming back!

  Although the drive through is quick, they never fill the cup more than 3/4, especially the ice caps and smoothies. $4 for half an ice cap is ridiculous and it's all the time. The one up the street on Newman Blvd fills to the rim and service is just as good! Not impressed.
