  When it comes to service, it was awfully professional and sincere. The ambiance was a perfect Victorian design and decor with a soothing well-adjusted jazz music. We ordered Fish & Chips. One of the most well-cooked fish I have ever had. The first bite took my breath away. However, do not have too high hopes for your chips ( fries), since they would get 3 stars only. If you do not want to try fish and chips, go for bone marrow and embark on the amazing journey. The beers and the cocktails look really tasty and sitting on the bar, I could see how they are made which would get 2 thumps-up.

  Had 3 different servers (moved from the amazing bar to the patio and they were all great. Barely waited for anything. The food was amazing as well. Would definitely go back again. If you go for dinner and need a table, I would make reservations, just to be safe!

  Absolutely top shelf. A perfect combination of food and drink, combined with a room that is perfect in every way. I once spent some time in the hospitality world and Dominion is everything that I learned to aim for.

  Amazing bar with an old timey feel. Absolutely beautiful bar. Drinks were excellent, had the Canadian old fashioned and basil and rye, both were expertly prepared. Did not eat.
