  It does not disappoint, you get good food at a acceptable price, a nice simple place to grab a bite.

  I tried to order an item for take out that is apparently only available on the restaurant menu. Despite having ordered it many times for takeout in the past, although with a lot of difficulties, this particular time I was bluntly told by the person answering the phone that it was impossible to order this meal for take out. So I requested kindly to be put in communication with their store manager. The store manager came on the phone and indicated to me that under no circumstances was I allowed to order something that was only available for a sit-down meal in the restaurant. I then asked the manager if I were to sit down and order the meal, and when the meal arrived I would immediately ask to have it wrapped up for takeout, would I be allowed? The manager adamantly refused and said we do not want to see you in our restaurant. I told him that I was willing to give good money and he was refusing a regular client and he basically blew me off. In all my customer service life, I've never faced an attitude like this from someone who is supposedly a 'manager' Sorry Scores, this one man has turned me off your entire chain.   NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE: I went with my 3 year old and 1 year old. My intention was to get the salad bar for my kids and a meal for myself. I was told that each of my kids had to pay for a separate salad bar (yes... $5 for my 1yo). The manager told me it was the policy and shrugged his shoulders. Fine, whatever. I decided I'd just share my meal with the little one since he didn't seem hungry. Then I was approached by the waitress who said another manager accused ME of eating the salad bar now. Now this is ridiculous: the only piece of food that touched my mouth was an olive I pitted for my 3 year old. I'm beyond frustrated and embarrassed. This whole stupid salad bar debacle pretty much ruined my lunch. The last time I went to that location, a different waitress told me that I would stop breastfeeding my son in our booth because it was offending other diners. I sent an email complaint to scores about this and "Luc" who responded on their behalf, pretty much reiterated the accusation that I was eating the salad bar (false) and my 1 year old should never share. So strike 3 for Scores. I won't be going back. I really expected better from a place that's supposed to be a "family restaurant".

  Went here yesterday around 3pm for a late lunch. We both ordered the chicken breast with a side (12 dollars each) and came with no extra charge for unlimited salad, soup, fruit bar. Service was friendly and although we didn't speak French our waitress tried her best to accommodate us. Really quick service and food tasted great.

  This is my go-to restaurant during my work lunch break. I really enjoy their salad bar: always clean and full. The soups are always tasty as well. The staff is very sweet and always seem like they are happy to serve you.
